Meet the founder

Hannah Mirza - Chief Executive Officer

With 20+ year’s experience in media and digital marketing including agency, publisher and client-side roles, Hannah set up the Responsible Marketing Advisory to break the barrier of so few female founders and entrepreneurs in our industry.    Previously she held global leadership roles for Isobar, Mindshare and Mediacom and has had the opportunity to work across a huge FTSE 100 client portfolio. She has led pro bono work for UN Women and formerly played a leadership role as Vice President for the Bloom Network. Her subject matter expertise spans search, commerce, social, mobile, programmatic, digital transformation, media & connections planning.   Priding herself as a problem solver she loves to help clients thrive in unchartered, complex, and ambitious opportunities for business growth.

Victoria Brooks - Global Strategy Director

Victoria is Global Strategy Director at the Responsible Marketing Advisory, bringing 20+ years’ experience leading communications strategy teams working with Unilever, Sony Europe, Citibank, and more, with a focus on sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion. Previously, she was at Ogilvy, Fallon, BBH, and Naked Communications, and also held key leadership roles at women’s network Bloom UK as Vice President and Founding Director. Victoria is a passionate advocate for weaving equity, purpose and sustainability into any brand strategy, which led to her being awarded a place on the IPA’s inaugural iList and named a Pitch100 Superwoman. Currently, Victoria leads the strategy for Diageo’s Progressive Media programme globally.

Alice Brady - Chief Strategy Officer

Alice is Chief Strategy Officer at the Responsible Marketing Advisory. Having spent the majority of her career in large media agencies as a strategist working for household name brands such as Marks & Spencer, Unilever and ITV, she creates actionable and integrated communications strategies which instigate and embed ESG thinking. Earlier in her career, Alice was responsible for Grow@Mindshare, through which she supported highly ambitious adolescent brands, such as Depop, Graze and Elvie in realising their next stages of growth. Having worked on a freelance basis for a number of years, she has broad experience including growing an incredible small business, transforming the funeral sector and consulting on the formation of a strategy function. Her greatest ambition is to integrate ESB into the everyday thinking of clients and the industry.

Aina Fuller - Global Sustainability Director

Aina is Sustainability Director at the Responsible Marketing Advisory. She has a storied career across Marketing, Media and Production, leading global brands such as Corona Beer, Budweiser, and Bud Light, where she gave away beer to the entire country of Wales during the Euros in three days. Aina first got hooked on sustainability as an associate TV producer in New York, working on the show Big Ideas for a Small Planet. More recently, Aina has worked on sustainable leadership projects across ocean conservation, food waste, and media and advertising - helping companies translate their sustainability goals into daily business practice, balancing practicality and progress in light of our great common mission to reach Net Zero
